What is it?
Diversity Matters North West has a sub contract from Pennine Care to deliver an element of the Be Well Tameside service. The community liaison role is working with with all BAME residents across Tameside to encourage and support them to access services to improve their health and well-being. There is a focus on supporting these communities to access the Be Well Service.

This service is for any BAME residents across Tameside who are ready to make lifestyle changes and improve their health and well-being
