Our Experience:
We have over 15 years of experience conducting research with communities experiencing racial inequalities. Our managers and staff are trained in leadership and management, community development, interpreting and person-centred coaching. They have a combined 26 years’ experience in co-producing and delivering community-based learning, research and community engagement programmes.
They are supported by Dr Penny Noel, DMNW board member and Diversity Champion who has a long and distinguished career as a University Lecturer and Academic, with considerable research experience in Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion.
