Contract: Casual (as and when required)
Hourly Rate: £9.95 per hour
Tasks: You will plan and deliver training sessions to local women as directed by the project coordinator, developing and building positive relationship to support and empower women with their ongoing development. You will ensure sessions are delivered in an inclusive environment, bring new perspectives and encourage people from different background to engage in the service. Be responsible for the care of resources and maintenance of equipment needed to carry out the role and contribute towards the monitoring of projects. You will have local knowledge of local activities, opportunities, and services to signpost effectively.
Skills & Experience Needed: You will have fluency in written and oral English language skills and be educated to a minimum level 3 education and training (previously known as PTLLS) or equivalent experience. You will have an experience of working with minority ethnic women in group work and teaching environments. You will have good time management skills as the post will involve working in various location. You will be IT literate and be able to write and record clear information.
